Ordering & pricing

We work across four product lines: fresh fruits and vegetables (onions, potatoes, mangoes, grapes and more), processed agri foods (turmeric, chilli, coriander and other powders), whole spices (black pepper, cardamom, cumin and more) and sustainable & green goods (areca leaf plates, bagasse tableware, paper cups, wooden cutlery and jute bags). See our catalogue for the full list — we can also source products that aren’t listed.

Yes. MOQs depend on the product — typically one 20-foot container for spices, one 40-foot container or reefer for fresh produce, and a set number of pieces for sustainable tableware. Indicative MOQs are shown on each catalogue item, and we confirm them with your quote.

Prices depend on product grade, quantity, packaging, season and destination port, so we quote per inquiry rather than publishing a price list. Send us your requirements and we’ll usually reply within one business day.

Yes. We can send samples for most products so you can check quality before committing. Sample and courier costs are confirmed when you request them.

We commonly work with Letter of Credit (LC) at sight and Telegraphic Transfer (TT) with an advance and balance against documents. Terms are agreed per order.

Quality & documentation

We source from established suppliers, grade and sort to your specification, and can arrange independent pre-shipment inspection (for example SGS) and lab reports on request.

A standard shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certificate, plus fumigation or health certificates where your country requires them.

Yes. Each product in our catalogue shows an indicative ITC-HS (HSN) code. Final 8-digit codes vary with grade, form and packing, so we confirm the exact code on your quotation and export documents.

Yes. Most products can be packed in your choice of bag size and material, with your own branding and destination-compliant labelling.

Shipping & logistics

We ship worldwide, with regular routes to the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia. If you’re importing somewhere else, ask us and we’ll confirm the route.

Most orders ship on FOB (Free On Board), CFR (Cost and Freight) or CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight) terms from Indian ports. We’ll recommend what suits your shipment.

It depends on the product, sourcing lead time and route. As a guide, spices, powders and tableware are usually ready to ship in 2–4 weeks after order confirmation, plus sea transit time. We give a specific timeline with every quote.

Use the inquiry form, email info@indovexinternational.com, or tap the WhatsApp button on any page. Include the product, quantity and destination port for the fastest quote.
